Refund Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

This covers paid boosts on LFG Atlas: Bump to top ($1), Featured post ($2 for 24 hours, $4 for 7 days), Clan/guild spotlight ($5 per week) and Sponsor slot ($10 per week). Payments are one-off and processed by Stripe; nothing renews automatically.

When you get a full refund

• We can't deliver the boost you paid for.
• You ask within 24 hours of paying and before the boost has gone live.
• We remove your boosted post for a reason other than breaking our Terms.
• Your post expired or was deleted before the boost was applied.

When we don't refund

• Boosts that have already gone live and run (we can't undo the time it was shown).
• Posts removed because they broke our Terms (spam, scams, illegal or abusive content).

How to ask

Email gattlinghead@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout, the date you paid and your post's ID if you have it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Timing

Boosts may be applied by hand, usually within a few hours of payment. If it's taking longer than 24 hours, email us and we'll sort it out or refund you.
